Any issues with threading the cans or mounts to the 700? I've read that there's issues with the can no threading all the way down to the shoulder because there is a small piece of the barrel that isn't threaded at the bottom.

Some cans have problems with it if they dont have a relief cut out but most work including all AAC cans and mounts.

I'm using a YHM Ti QD 7.62, just don't want to spend the money on a R700 AAC-SD and then have issues.

This is the best forum I have been too -- I got to hand it to you man -- you really push the information envelope -- keep up the great work.

Could I ask you to do me a favor? If you could please please post some surefire info, also what about the thunder beast? As I understand it they make really great suppressors and I would like to see how they test vs the AAC stuff.

Do you know if SilencerCo will be releasing a 7.62 suppressor?

Sorry been busy last couple of days. I think the yhm is one that has problems with it. I would email nate at yhm to be sure though and see if the yhm mounts have a relief cut in them to fit the AAC thread specs. Ill put a link to the specs that you can send with the email below.

Major,
If i'm reading the "Ear" graph right there looks to be a slight deviance in the 338 Titan can at the 0.005ms mark that the other cans have . That slight dip after the initial blast spike seems to be a lot less then all of the other cans. Is there a different tone to the suppressor, or is there a signiture to that can over the others to cause this? Is it just an anomaly.

Your thoughts?

Thanks,
Dean
